LETTER: Anne Webster leaves voter feeling uneasy

Over recent weeks I have been struggling with a feeling of unease regarding the number of photo opportunities featuring Anne Webster during funding announcements in our community. 

Saturday’s edition of Sunraysia Daily confirmed how prevalent the photos have been. Anne Webster is not the sitting Member for Mallee, she is a candidate at the election. 

How ethical is it to have her parading as our elected representative? At best this behaviour seems to be undemocratic and at worst it must surely contravene our electoral laws.

I believe it to be a blatant use of taxpayers money to promote The Nationals candidate.
