THE circumstances surrounding a fatal collision east of Ouyen on Friday are under police investigation.
A man and a woman died when the car in which they were travelling collided with a truck at Chinkapook, near the intersection of Robinvale-Sea Lake Road and Chinkapook-Pier Millan Road, about 5.30pm.
Emergency services found a woman and a man in the car but they could not be revived.
The driver of the truck was also injured and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
