ABOUT 5000 people flocked to Gol Gol Public School Country Fair yesterday, with 50 market stalls and an abundance of activities to entertain the crowds.
Delicious smells of pasta, paella, souvlaki, barbecue and pancakes drifted through the air as locals and visitors milled about the grounds exploring the array of activities.
Now in its 34th year, fair co-ordinator Jayne Lees said it was not only the school’s major annual fundraiser, but an opportunity for people to catch-up.
