Ladder log jam in Millewa A Grade

BAMBILL’S victory over Gol Gol in MFNL A Grade netball has created a top four log jam after the opening three rounds.

While the Cardross resurgence continues as they find themselves undefeated on top of the ladder, the Saints, Werrimull and Nangiloc all hold a 2-1 record to start the season.

In the rematch from last year’s grand final, Werrimull stopped Nangiloc’s early winning streak with a 46-26 result Sarah Oval.

Recovering from a four-goal loss to Cardross last week, the Magpies pulled out all the stops to ensure a 20-point win over the Demons.

Despite not having won a game so far, Meringur took the fight to ladder leaders Cardross who claimed a nine-goal win.
