That’s the big message for both senior Gol Gol teams, who for the second consecutive week will fight it out under the lights of Alcheringa Oval tonight.
In the football, the Hawks will need to reload against Nangiloc, who suffered a loss in the opening round to last year’s premiers Bambill.
Gol Gol will be hoping to tidy up their shots on goal, after some errant kicking arguably cost them in their eight-point loss to Cardross.
The last time the two sides met was in last season’s preliminary final, when the Hawks won by 23 points.
Over on the hard surface, the Hawks were comprehensively beaten by Cardross last week and will face another big challenge this time against Nangiloc, who started their campaign with an impressive 39-36 win over Bambill.
The Demons look like they’ve come into 2024 with vengeance, which should make for another difficult outing for the home side.
Both senior football and netball games are scheduled for 7pm at Alcheringa Oval.
