15. Indi Spratt (Irymple)

Another basketballer making a big impression in A Grade netball at wing and goal attack, earning the honour of player of the week in round 5. So fast on her feet that she could turn the bedroom light off and be in bed before it went dark. Talented at both wing attack and goal attack.

14. Liz Rowe (Wentworth)

In a team of stars, Rowe plays a key role in the goal circle alongside playing coach Amanda Edwards. Uses her body well to gain possession, has good peripheral vision in linking with Edwards and plays with plenty of passion. Future leader of the team.

13. Shakara Delcastegne (Irymple)

Shines for the Swallows in midcourt and provides good leadership for the young group. Part of the production line of local basketball talent to turn their attention to netball. Key player for her team and could help steer the Swallows into the top four.

12. Ellie Vincent (Mildura)

The round 4 player of the week has impressed in her first year with the Dees, forging a strong combination in attack with Jess McNamara. Plays at good speed, has a deadly shot and ready to mix it with the league’s best in finals.

11. Georgia Giofrelle (Robinvale Euston)

Rated highly by opposition coaches, goal attack Giofrelle has great foot speed, moves the ball at pace and looks a real star of the future. Consistently among the Eagles’ best this season and will be a leader of her team for years to come.
