Roos and Dees shine on the court

WENTWORTH continued their unbeaten start to the SFNL A-Grade netball season, outclassing visitors Red Cliffs 87-18, while Mildura overcame Ouyen United 43-28.

The Roos’ fourth straight win was led by Liz Rowe and Jess Collihole, while Louisa Stevens and Jazmin Parker were the Tigers’ best.

Ellie Vincent and Ava Zadow starred for the Dees in their victory against the Kangas, whose best were Catherine Brown and Pauline Munro.

The loss leaves last year’s grand finalists in a deep hole at 0-4, while the unbeaten Dees (3-0) are second on the ladder.

Wentworth and Mildura don’t clash until round 9.
