BMX Freestyle is a sport that's synonymous with Queensland, but after a strong performance recently, Mildura's Jack Carter is proving that Sunraysia can keep up with the Sunshine state.

At the largest state event of the year, the AusCycling Queensland BMX Freestyle Park State Championships, the 16-year-old finished second in the Amateur class, narrowly missing out on the title.
