ABOUT 14,000 clay targets were shot over the weekend at the Mildura Clay Target Gun Club, in a two-day outing that combined a regional and local competition.

The main attraction was on Saturday, as shooters came from as far as Castlemaine for the North-West Zone CDL carnival, followed by the club shootout on Sunday which many locals and visitors reloaded for.
