A STATE level volleyball competition held at the Mildura Sporting Precinct has been hailed a huge success after attracting a record number of team entries.

THE Volleyball Victoria Country Championships, which has been running for more than 50 years, saw 41 teams from across the state make the trip to Mildura for the long weekend.
