BEN Dawes is "ready to rumble" in an MMA comeback that's been almost four years in the making.

Following COVID restrictions and untimely injuries, the 38-year-old from Mildura Martial Arts is back in the cage on Saturday for Adelaide's Diamondback Fighting Championship.
