THE Mildura Heat women's team suffered a blow on the eve of their crunch Big V Division 1 clash with Craigieburn on Saturday night, with the final clearance for their new Hungarian import failing to come through.
Fanni Szabo completed a marathon 35-hour journey from Budapest to Mildura this week in the hope of making her debut for the winless Heat this weekend.
However, those plans were scuttled on Friday when the final international clearance failed to materialise in time for the Craigieburn game.
