MILDURA Harness Racing Club will be open to members and the public for the first time since COVID-19 restrictions were enforced for Tuesday’s 12-race Australia Day night meeting.

The TAB will be back on course for the first time in 12 months with the public area also having access to an Australia Day barbecue and bar facilities provided by Mildura East Cricket Club.
