OUYEN’S Jammy Vallance fell agonisingly short of making the Victorian Open knockout bowls singles final in Shepparton this week.  Vallance was defeated 21-19 by Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort’s Claire Sanders on Thursday evening, with Sanders playing off against Melbourne Cricket Club’s Anne Draffen for the title on Friday.
