MERBEIN Football Netball Club is safeguarding its future with a fundraising drive to make up for a lack of income and keep bills paid while there is no football or netball.

The club, like many around Sunraysia, had its season plans thrown into chaos by the COVID-19 pandemic and is already an estimated $50,000 down in profit from early season events and fundraisers.
