YOUNGSTERS got their first taste of hockey on Saturday at the Sunraysia Hockey Association’s first Hookin2Hockey Come and Try session for 2020.
The Hookin2Hockey program is aimed at children aged 5-11 and gives them an introduction to the basics of hockey in a fun environment.
The SHA will be offering two programs this year: one on Saturday mornings from 9am until 10am and another on Wednesdays from 6pm until 7pm.
Wednesday night’s session is another come-and-try day, with all interested players welcome to attend.
