FOOTBALL Federation Sunraysia Round 6 results:

THE Irymple Nights had a day out last Sunday recording a 10-0 win over Nichols Point in S-League Senior Men’s action.

Pilling on the pressure early Aero Ovals, the Knights did half the damage early, including a brace from George Karallis before the long break.

Jordan Cox would also register a two-for, with his second coming just after the resumption of play.

Not content with the drubbing, Alexi Karallis, Nakatani Shunsuke, and Wayesu Froriberi all put home markers in the final 20 minutes.

In the other game, Mildura United also registered a clean sheet, closing down the Three Colours 3-0.

Rohullah Ataye had two goals in the first 45, with Elia Niyibikora further securing the lead on the 49-muniate mark.

From there United essentially parked the bus and ran out with the win.

Last Sunday’s results see Irymple and Mildura City locked on 12 points a piece at the top of the Senior Men’s S-League table, with the latter up on goal difference and a game in hand.
