Young Sunraysia soccer squads shine in SA

FOOTBALL Fedaration Sunraysia’s (FFS) under-13 side won the final of the South Australian Soccer Association Country Championships played in Port Pirie.

It was a dominant display by the team, who went through the round-robin competition undefeated.

The local FFS side scored 41 goals in their four matches over the two-day carnival last weekend.

In other age groups, FFS finished runners-up in the under-12 boys’ development, girls’ under-13 and the girls’ under-16 divisions.
