City too good for Knights

MILDURA City proved too strong for Irymple Knights in their Football Federation Sunraysia senior men’s match on Sunday.
Led brilliantly by Nicolas Woods and Riley Augner, City ran out winners 5-0.

Woods and Augner scored two goals apiece with Christian Pollifrone chipping in with one. 
In the other senior men’s game, Three Colours thrashed Mildura United 9-1. It was Nebraska Wilkie and Chris Williams who set the win up with three and two goals respectively.

In the women’s top division, Northern Suns won on forfeit over Mildura United, while Mildura City had a big win over Irymple Knights, 8-1.
