ROBINVALE Euston half-back Joey Madio says a solid off-season has paid dividends for his football.
The 18-year-old was in the mix for senior selection last season but by his own admission wasn’t up to scratch on the track.
“Richo (senior coach Andrew Richardson) asked me to come and train last year but I knew I wasn’t up to it fitness wise,” Madio said.
