DION Harris is a shy individual, a quiet achiever who has worked hard to get where he is.
The Dareton born and bred 33-year-old clocks up his 200th club game (Seniors and Reserves) for the Wentworth District Football Club today when he runs out against Red Cliffs, also becoming the first indigenous footballer at the club to earn life membership.
It is a great honour, and one Harris doesn’t take lightly – especially at a club that has produced its fair share of great indigenous footballers over the years.
