Sunraysia football: Coach happy with way interleague team is shaping up

THE Sunraysia Football Netball League (SFNL) have named one of their strongest interleague sides for years with 12 players set to debut on Saturday against Heathcote District Football Netball League (HDFNL).

Among the new faces are Ouyen United’s Mitch Taylor, Merbein’s Josh Carmichael, Wentworth forward Wade Hancock and Irymple star midfielder Dan Coghlan, who has also been named captain.

SFNL coach Brad Hards said the players selected were all worthy of their positions.
