Cirillo set to boost Swallows

IRYMPLE’S reshaped defence will receive a boost with 2017 premiership defender Nando Cirillo set to make a surprise ­return.

Cirillo had moved to Melbourne to further his studies but is understood to be returning to the district to take a gap year and will be avail­able as early as this week, according to Swallows co-coach Todd George.

“That’s a big boost for us,” George said.
