Mildura’s Finn Ellis Castle enjoys foray up forward

A CHANGE in position helped Mildura swingman Finn Ellis Castle find new ways to impact the game.

The 17-year-old started in defence in his side’s SFNL loss to Merbein at the weekend, however, when pushed forward he was able to get himself into the game after a quiet beginning.

“I started the first half in the backline and just tried to do my job on my man, I didn’t have a touch or any influence on the game,” Ellis Castle said.
