Sunraysia football: Round two return hope

ROBINVALE Euston coach Andrew Richardson is confident of a round two return after recovering quicker than expected from post-season hip surgery.

Richardson was expected to miss up to a month after undergoing an operation to repair damage to his right hip which involved shaving bone and inserting anchors to stabilise the joint.

The second-year coach said he hoped to begin training next Tuesday and was eyeing off a potential round two return against reigning premiers Ouyen United at John James Oval on Easter Saturday.
