SUNRAYSIA Football Netball League (SFNL) coach Brad Hards is determined to make representative football a “privilege” and the announcement star Irymple midfielder Dan Coghlan will captain the side this year is another step towards achieving his goal.
Coghlan will lead the SFNL against the Heathcote District Football Netball League (HDFNL) on May 18.
The midfielder’s appointment is a major coup for Hards, who believes it will encourage other players to make themselves available for the match against the HDFNL.
