Crows swoop on young Jy Farrer

JY Farrer, the younger brother of Ouyen United premiership players Will and Josiah, will ply his trade with Adelaide’s SANFL side this year.

Farrer, originally from Halls Creek in Western Australia’s East Kimberley region, made a cameo appearance for the Kangas during the 2017 season playing on a permit from Wangaratta.

The 22-year-old –  also a cousin of Carlton footballer Sam Petrevski-Seton – was on the Western Bulldogs’ radar for the 2018 draft before dislocating his ankle.
