IMPERIALS are hopeful of landing delisted Essendon player Matt Dea.
Dea, 27, has become a target after it was confirmed he would not be offered a contract extension by the Bombers.
The 186cm defender was drafted by Richmond in 2009 with pick 44 in the third round from the North Ballarat Rebels.
