Sunraysia Football and Netball League wary of RAC push

THE Sunraysia Football and Netball League (SFNL) wants more information on an AFL Vic­toria push for local leagues to join ­regional administration centres (RACs).

SFNL president Ros Milverton said the SFNL board would review the pros and cons of joining a RAC before any commitment was made as the governing body of the sport in the state applies pressure to country leagues to fall into line.

“We are extremely happy with how things are going, and that’s one of the issues – I don’t want to change for just change’s sake,” Milverton said.
