Ready to fire: Firey Tom Pridgeon to join Imperials’ strong brigade of midfielders

IMPERIALS have bolstered their midfield stocks with the signing of former Victorian Football League player Tom Pridgeon.

Pridgeon, 25, played VFL Reserves football with Sandringham before senior games with the now-defunct Bendigo Gold and Frankston then spending time in the Bendigo Football League.

Imperials playing co-coach Brad Hards, who has been joined by former assistant coach Adam Hartlett in the top role, said Pridgeon had come to town as a firefighter and was working with some of Imperials’ current players.
