Jarrod Brander, Lochie O’Brien in AFLX

WENTWORTH’S Jarrod Brander has been named in the 15-man West Coast squad for tomorrow’s AFLX debut.

The six clubs competing on the first day of the inaugural tournament were able to name up to 20 players in their squad, with clubs to lodge their final 10-man teams before each of their games.

West Coast’s team for the round-robin at Hindmarsh Stadium in Adelaide is largely made up of youngsters with four 2017 draftees including No.13 pick Brander.

The Eagles have been drawn against Adelaide and Collingwood in pool B, with Geelong, Fremantle and Port Adelaide playing off in Pool A before the winners of each pool face off in the grand final.
