AFLX start on cards for Wentworth’s Jarrod Brander

WENTWORTH’S Jarrod Brander is in line to make his West Coast Eagles debut during next week’s AFLX tournament.

Eagles coach Adam Simpson signalled the first-round pick in last year’s draft would be in line to play in the new tournament along with the club’s other young recruits.

“Most of our first years will play, so it’s probably just a chance for fans and members to see the new blood coming through,” Simpson told the club’s website.
