IRYMPLE A Grade netball captain Erica Credlin is one of a special group.
She and teammate Sherrie Geister were in Irymple’s last SFNL premiership team back in 2003. Current coach Rachelle Hollingworth also played that year but missed the grand final – and will now look to end their premiership drought today at City Oval against South Mildura.
The finer details have been lost from the memory bank, but nevertheless the achievement was there.
“It was on grass … that was my first year coming here so I don’t remember a lot about it,” dependable defender Credlin, who moved to the district to work at Mildura Specialist School, said.
