Veteran ready to move on

IRYMPLE veteran Brad Eaton admits his final game for the club could mark his ­retirement from football.

Eaton and his family are preparing to relocate to Bendigo, so the Swallows will farewell their former coach when their season ends.

The Irymple veteran, 34, has secured a work transfer, with greater opportunities for his children in their sporting pursuits a major factor in the move.

“It’s getting more and more difficult as they get older with the amount of travel involved from Mildura,” Eaton said.
