ROBINVALE/Euston will review video footage and may call for an independent investigation after a key player was left hospitalised during the side’s loss to Mildura at John James Oval on Saturday.
Eagles defender Travis Bussell was stretchered from the ground following a clash with a Mildura player, with Eagles coach Trent Fiscalini reporting he remained in hospital overnight for observation.
“He was knocked unconscious there for a little bit,” Fiscalini said.
“He was put in a neckbrace and went to hospital.”
