MILDURA forward Ben Camilleri is expected to be sidelined until the finals after suffering a hamstring injury during his side’s crucial SFNL win over Ouyen United on Saturday.
Camilleri went down before half-time of the Demons’ 26-point win over the reigning premiers with Mildura coach Mark Alvey conceding it did not look good for the former Collingwood New South Wales scholarship player.
“It didn’t look like a great one but until we get it assessed (we won’t know),” Alvey said.
“He obviously won’t play the next two weeks so it’s just going to be about getting him right for the second semi-final.”
