A WEEK is a long time in football, just ask Wentworth co-captain Josh Dean.
Seven days before Saturday’s upset SFNL win over ladder leaders Mildura, Dean and his teammates were trudging off Sarah Oval following a loss to South Mildura after one of the Roos’ poorest performances in recent memory.
“We sort of went from one of the worst losses I’ve ever been a part of to one of the best wins I’ve ever been a part of,” Dean said.
“So it was really good.”
