Curtis could get the chop

FORMER South Mildura player Tyler Curtis’ Coburg Lions will be forced to slash its list by about 20 players in the wake of AFL Victoria’s decision to scrap the Development League at the end of 2017.

Lions general manager Seb Spagnuolo told the Leader the stand-alone club had put plans in place in the past two months as rumours swirled that the VFL reserves competition would be canned.
