Farrer in range of a ton

WITH four games to go in his club’s SFNL minor round, Will Farrer needs 27 goals to reach the ton in 2017.

The Kangas have a bye in round 18, with Red Cliffs today, South Mildura next week, Mildura and then Wentworth the remaining games for the reigning Bland Medal winner to crack the ton.

Farrer didn’t play earlier in the season against Mildura, kicking 27 goals combined against the Tigers (seven), Bulldogs (13) and Roos (seven) in his past games against those teams.

So, on past performances, he’s a good chance to reach the milestone.
