BEN McGlynn might have impacted the game with his six goals in a best on ground display against Merbein on Saturday, but the former AFL star’s appearance for the Roos has wider benefits.
Seventeen-year-old Cambell Davison, who played Under 18s the day McGlynn returned to his junior club in round 1 just months after playing in Sydney’s losing 2016 AFL grand final, said having McGlynn on the field for his second match of the season was a huge boost.
“Out on the ground his voice is very good,” Davison said.
