STAR forward Dustin Gordon has joined the ranks of injured Demons and is expected to miss multiple weeks of football with a shoulder injury.
Mildura’s wounded list hasn’t held the club back so far this season – it sits top of the ladder with only one loss – but coach Mark Alvey admitted it would make the upcoming clash with Irymple a huge challenge for his charges.
Gordon injured his shoulder in a contest during the Demons’ 189-point thumping of Merbein on Saturday and Alvey said the forward was likely to miss two to four matches.
