BULLYING of council candidates is completely unacceptable, Northern Mallee Leaders Program (NMLP) chair Justin Nicholas says.

Mildura Council candidate Racheal Fyfe, an NMLP graduate and former chair, this week withdrew from the election, citing threats she had received.
