PLANS have been unveiled for a remodelled $14 million marina development that would transform the gateway to Mildura from New South Wales.

The proposal is a “watered-down” version of the original $40 million blueprint, which included resort-style accommodation, a convention centre, surrounding apartments and a bus terminal, to be th
