A WOMAN with 48 outstanding court matters has been refused bail after being arrested for failing to report to police while on bail.

The woman made a self-represented application for bail in Mildura Magistrates' Court on Thursday, saying she had attended court the previous day to "clear things up" but was directed to Mildura police station, where she was taken into custody.
