A MILDURA P-plater has turned himself in after failing to stop and render assistance following a crash on Eleventh Street on Friday morning.

Highway patrol acting Sergeant Thomas Kinnane said emergency services including police, fire crews and SES were called to the section of road between Karadoc and Koorlong Avenues about 10.50am.
