A MAN who assaulted a worker at a local supermarket where he had been banned and threw his own faeces at a Good Samaritan who came to his aid has been fined.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard the 57-year-old attended at Red Cliffs Foodworks about 2.10pm on December 23 last year when a staff member in an office at the front of the store heard yelling and went to investigate.
