A MAN from Vanuatu is likely to be deported after he admitted to assaulting a female retail worker when he grabbed her on the buttocks while she was serving him.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard 23-year-old Marglu Rocroc had "gone missing" for more than two years after the offending in October 2022, fearing deportation when he was charged with assaulting the 20-year-old victim.
