A MILDURA man blew more than six times the legal limit of blood-alcohol concentration after he drove to buy a late night snack, a court has been told.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard the 49-year-old had been consuming wine on November 12 last year when he decided to leave home about 9.10pm to attend an Ampol service station to purchase a kebab.
