A MILDURA man on eight counts of bail told police he keeps offending to sustain his heroin addiction because he keeps getting bail, a court has been told.

Forty-six-year-old Matthew McTeare was arrested on Saturday following his most recent alleged offending and now faces more than 80 largely deception-related charges.
