A MILDURA man charged with robbery and attempted robbery has been told a big jail sentence awaited him if he refused to engage with community corrections.

Lynkon James Thorpe appeared before the Melbourne County Court on Tuesday, in relation to his alleged involvement in a robbery in May 2022, where a 34-year-old man was stabbed to death.
